Williston Real Estate

Williston real estate has substantial commercial property opportunities. In Levy County, thirty-five miles North NE of Yankeetown is the City of Williston.  It is located at the junction of US27, US41 and SR 121. This may be one reason, Williston folks say their city is the “Gateway to the Nature Coast.”  Williston is a thriving agricultural community and is in the heartland of the Florida peanut industry.  Not surprisingly, they host an Annual Peanut Festival.  A major local company is Monterey Boats which recently expanded their facilities substantially and hired an additional 85 employees.

Williston has very little waterfront property, but has substantial commercial real estate development.  There are numerous parcels of vacant land for building a new home. Nearby are located the famous dive springs of Devil’s Den and Blue Grotto.  The city also has a municipal airport with two runways.
